Floating Oil Seal describe

Floating seal consist of two same metal steel rings and two same rubber o rings.

Floating seal groups which is one of mechanical seals,consists of two identical steel rings and rubber washers. The seal operates by preloading the two rubber washers and floating the two polished steel faces between them within the seal chamber.
Floating seals is applicable to various engineering machinery and mining machinery such as bulldozers, graps, coat cutters, loaders, land levelers, cranes, and etc.

Features

If not required, do not open the seal, otherwise dust will stick to the seal or scratch the seal.

Store in a cool place, not in the sun. Ultraviolet light and moisture accelerate the wear and dimensional changes of rubber and plastics

Be careful with packaging. Do not paste or stack without packaging and keep it in its original state. Keep the nylon sealed package tight to prevent dimensional changes caused by moisture

Do not put the seal near the heat source, such as boiler and stove. Otherwise, heat will accelerate the aging of the seal

Do not place the connector near the engine or other places where ozone occurs

Do not hang the rope with a needle, thread or seal, otherwise the seal will be deformed and the lip will be damaged

Sometimes, there will be color change or white powder (frosting) on the sealing surface, which will not affect the sealing performance
